Shipping
We ship all orders priority mail (3-5 days).
Shipping is a flat rate of $2.95, regardless of the order size, anywhere in the 48 contiguous
states.
Orders will be sent within 4 business days, except custom orders.

We
will send you an invoice via email. This will allow you to pay by PayPal or credit card. If you prefer, you may
send us a check.
Orders will ship once payment has been received.

user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their
order.
Returns/Exchanges
We aim to keep
all of our customers happy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund or
exchange it for another item within two weeks of purchase in its original condition. We are happy to repair any items
within 3 months of the purchase date. Sorry, but special order items with initials are not returnable.
